High cost of drinking in breach of a ban

Julian Roberts, 49, of North Street, St Leonards, was found guilty at Hastings Magistrates Court of five charges of failing to comply with a Community Protection Order by drinking alcohol from a can outside Renaissance House, in London Road, St Leonards. The offences took place between February 11 and July 1. He was fined £240 and ordered to pay £296 in costs.
